The company also is a regular translation service provider to Delloitte and Engineering Export Productivity Council. The company was an interpretation service provider for Chinese when the coke oven plant was being set up by Tata Steel at Jamshedpur. The company has also provided Spanish Interpretation services to Crescent Foundries.
The name Sangsaptak is derived from the epic Mahabharata. Sangsaptak is the name of the army of Lord Krishna which fought for the Kauravas. Their mission was to either win or perish. This value of being a warrior who never gives up is the work ethic of Sangsaptak.
